You build sofas.
We draw shapes.
SitShape sends buyers who already know what shape they need, in a country you already deliver to. You confirm, you charge them, you ship. We take 5% — invoiced 60 days after the sale, never before.
Commission, and nothing else
No listing fee, no subscription, no payment processing cut, no advertising spend. If we sell nothing for you, you owe us nothing.
Before we invoice
The clock starts when you mark a sale complete, not when the order arrives. A customer who cancels or returns inside that window costs you nothing at all.
Hold the customer relationship
You take payment directly, in your currency, on your terms. We never touch the money, which means we never hold it, delay it, or take a cut of the transaction itself.
You will never
book a photoshoot
for us.
Describe a sofa the way you already think about it — arm, seat, seat, corner, seat, arm — with its depths and heights. SitShape draws it. Every configuration a customer builds is drawn the same way, instantly, at every size.
A small workshop gets the same visual quality as a brand with a studio budget, because there is no studio.

What 5% actually costs you
Change the number. There is nothing hidden underneath it.
Invoiced monthly in arrears, 60 days after each completed sale. Cancellations and returns inside that window are never invoiced.
You draw the map
Pick the countries you genuinely deliver to — one city, one country, a continent, or everywhere. Buyers outside your regions never see your sofas, so you are never answering enquiries you cannot fulfil.
You set lead times too. A buyer sees "6–9 weeks" before they reserve, not after, which is most of why orders here do not fall apart late.
Apply to sell
A person reads every application, usually within three working days. We are looking for workshops that build well and deliver reliably — not for scale.
